For 40 years, our affordable prices and versatile, skilled tradespeople have served the community, upgrading the handyman image with workers of integrity and personalized, friendly attention to clients.
Our handywomen and handymen offer services in painting, electrical, minor plumbing, carpentry, and furniture assembly. We love "honey-do's," and we can also do the necessary repairs involved in either move-ins or move-outs.
No job is too small – and if we cannot do it, we will tell you who can!
The Handyman Co-op serves all of Santa Cruz County, including Santa Cruz, Capitola, Soquel, Aptos, Ben Lomond, Boulder Creek, Felton, Scotts Valley, and Watsonville!
Jane Story is the owner and agent of The Handyman Co-op. Jane's background is in musical theater, as a singer-dancer-actress. She won the talent award in the 1950 Miss California Contest in Santa Cruz. She then went on to become an equity member of two Broadway musicals and played the leading roles in South Pacific and My Fair Lady with the San Jose Music Theater. Jane even created and starred in a one-woman show of Broadway showtunes and performed at local Santa Cruz venues.
